- Gyenesdiás Advantage Card which allows the owner to get in to the 2 beaches of Gyenesdiás for free during the 1 week validation, and offers further discounts at many places in the region: restaurants, museum, services, etc. OR
- two-hour-sailing trip with our own sailingboat on the Lake Balaton OR
- renta-bike for a day (available with child seat, too) - gratis), OR
- fishing with your host on the Lake from the sailingboat (for 2) gratis.

Payment: for a fix reservation you need to transfer 20 % of the booking fee. The remaining amount you will pay on your arrival.
Cancellation: acceptable 21 days before your holiday. In this case your booking fee will be included in a later within the same year, of at least the same amount/duration of the original booking. Pre-arrangement is needed. If you want to cancel your reservaton within 21 days, unfortunately we can not include the payment in future bookings or pay back your booking fee. Thanks for your understanding!
Arrival from 2 pm, as far as possible befor 6 pm. Otherwise please, let us know about your expected arrival time. Departure before 10 am.
